Injured? Take a Stand.

At Latona Law we have a system in place that allows us to best serve your needs from the first time you contact our office to the time we resolve your claim.

At Latona Law you can speak to a real person 24/7 by telephone. We believe you should have access to an attorney when you need one.

Often clients' injuries are too severe or they lack the transportation to come to us. So, when necessary, we will come to you - whether you are in the hospital or at home. Your time is just as valuable as our time. Therefore we offer evening and weekend appointments.

Once you've made the decision that Latona Law is right for you, you are immediately assigned an attorney and a paralegal who work as a team to assist you every step of the way.

At Latona Law we believe that a client deserves to be updated on a continual basis. We make regular telephone calls to inform you of the status of your case, and to obtain information regarding your symptoms and treatment.

We continually gather your medical records in order to monitor your claim. Once your treating physicians have diagnosed all your injuries and limitations, we then request final medical records and, if necessary, extensive medical narrative reports. Upon receipt of these records and reports we will begin to prepare a settlement demand package.

Personal injury law is concerned with determining how much money the responsible parties at fault should be required to pay for the damages that they have caused. That is the purpose of the settlement demand package.

This package is an extensive evaluation of your claim. It contains your general background, a description of the accident with a theory of liability, a description of the injuries, history of medical treatment, and an outline of your damages such as outstanding medical bills, wage loss, out-of-pocket expenses, emotional pain and suffering, and any other damages that may apply.

We then forward this package to the insurance company for the responsible parties and will use this package in our negotiations. Whenever an offer of settlement is made, you will be notified immediately. If it is determined that the offer is insufficient to meet the damages you sustained, with your consent, a complaint will be filed and litigation will be initiated on your behalf.

Our office utilizes this process to handle every case. Communication and preparation equal better results.

At Latona Law we fight to get you the financial recovery you deserve, and there are never any legal fees or costs until we win.
